Once you have found a product you would like to purchase, choose your size, color, and quantity (if required for product). Then click on Add to Cart to add items to your order, or click Checkout to proceed to checkout. Prompts will lead you through the remainder of the order process.

What is FoxElectricSupply.com return policy?

Contact Fox Electric Supply Co. for a RMA # at 215-425-7280. Once your return has been approved send your return to the FoxElectricSupply.com Distribution Center via a traceable service (ex. UPS, FedEx). Be sure to include “Attn: Returns RMA #” on your address. Indicate the reason for your return and whether you would like to exchange the merchandise to be refunded by the original method of payment. Please include the original paperwork and packing within 30 days of receiving your order (no exceptions).

Please insure your shipment for its full value (the price paid for the merchandise). We cannot provide refunds, credits, exchanges or replacements for products that become damaged or lost in shipment.
When we receive the product we will gladly refund 100% of the purchase including all shipping fees if the error was the manufacturers or ours. We do not refund freight charges for your original order, unless the return is due to an error on our part. If we receive return merchandise that is incomplete, is missing the original packaging or accessories, is in obviously used or worn condition or has defaced or damaged packaging, we reserve the right to make an adjustment in the amount of your refund. If this rare situation should arise, we will contact you and make every effort to work out a fair solution for both parties.

SEARCH
If you know the discription, manufacturer, or Fox Electric part number, of a specific product you’re looking for, you can search our database for the product. Type in a word or a combination of words to locate a product in the Search box Navigation Bar that appears on every screen and click GO to see the products matching your entry.

How do I browse the web site?

BROWSING
Just as in any store, our products have been divided up into departments such as fans, wire, light bulbs, etc. Our departments can be found on the top our home page under the products section. We’ve decided to keep our departments on the top bar at all times so you can quickly and easily shop for a wide range of products. At this level you will find the most common and everyday name for most of our products.
Each category is also split up into additional sub-categories. This level of classification describes specific characteristics of the category you chose. In our example of the Fan category, the sub-category would include specific types of fans we offer portable fans, ceiling fans, commercial and industrial fans, or exhaust fans. Once you select a sub-category, you’ll find a line listing of all the products we carry within that sub-category, and you can read more about the product(s) that interest you.
Example, if you are looking for a decorative ceiling fan, you could:
From the home page, click on “Fans”
- From the Fan page, click on “Ceiling Fans”
- From the ceiling fan page, click “Hunter 1886 style fans”
You would then see a listing of Hunter 1886 Ceiling Fans, and you could locate the model and color that interests you.

What are my sales tax responsibilities?

Sales tax is charged only to orders shipped within the States of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The tax rate used is the percent charged in the city and county to which the order is shipped. Sales tax is not charged on shipping.

What is your defective return policy?

FoxElectricSupply.com understands how exasperating it is to get a defective product. Subject to the product manufacture’s warranty requirements, we will replace any defective product returned to us within 30 days from date of customer receiving his order. Defective product must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packing and must include all originally packed items.

What are your pricing policies?

PRICING
You agree to pay at the time of purchase the prices, shipping and handling charges, taxes and duties on the ElectricalSupplyStore.com Net order form. ElectricalSupplyStore.com will collect applicable taxes unless you have submitted a tax exemption certificate, and have indicated which items are covered by it. We believe that all of the advertised prices listed on our website are accurate, and we update our pricing frequently in an effort to keep it that way. Still, discrepancies do occur, due to errors, technical difficulties, manufacturer price changes, etc. If a pricing discrepancy affects your order, we will contact you and ask you to decide whether you would like us to complete the order, change the order or cancel it. In these rare cases, we will do everything possible to work out a solution that will allow us to keep your order – we don’t want a problem like this to keep you from doing business with us, so we’ll always do our best for you.

Sometimes our customers need a small amount. Our $25.00 Minimum Order Policy allows our customers to buy what they need when they need it. Should any order be less than $25 a $5 handling fee will be included in the shipping charges automatically

Defective product must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packing and must include all originally packed items. After this time period all products sold by FoxElectricSupply.com are subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of the original manufacturer’s warranty. We do not provide any additional warranty protection on any product.

What are your methods of shipping?

SHIPPING RATES AND METHODS
FoxElectricSupply.com currently offers the shipping methods shown below:
Standard UPS – 2 to 6 business days after we ship your order
Next Day Air – 1 business day after we ship your order & 2ND Day Air – 2 business days after we ship your order. To have your order shipped using these methods of shipping. Type the shipping method into the "Shipping Comments" field of your order. You will then me contacted via email or phone with the corrected shipping cost. At which time you reply with a confirmation of the shipping cost, leave as UPS Ground or cancellation of the order.
We will ship in-stock items within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
Shipping cost calculated by the website is for the continental U.S. only. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, addresses will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. You will receive an email or phone call with the corrected shipping cost. At which time you reply with a confirmation of the shipping cost or cancellation of the order.

What is your policy on "Special Order Items?"
|
|
Products that are not found on our website as a regular stock item and are "Special Ordered" for a customer can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Should the item arrive defective it will be replaced with the same item. If the customer decides that they do not want the item it can be returned but a 25% restocking fee will apply.
